00:47.13 Begin by removing the grill. 00:54.00 Using a 14 mm wrench, remove the retention nut for the cold control. 01:02.00 Lower the cold control and disconnect the color-coded wires. Carefully noting the terminals in which each wire is connected. 01:13.90 Remove the back panel screws to remove the cover. 01:24.00 Partially remove the sealant over the sensing tube’s entry point and gently remove the sensor. 01:33.00 Carefully unroll the new sensing tube on the new cold control. 01:42.00 Carefully route the sensing tube to avoid damage. 01:50.00 Reinstall the wires on their appropriate terminals. 02:06.00 Mount the cold control using the alignment pin in the indexing window of the bracket. 02:24.00 Insert the temperature probe through the cabinet and into the mold cavity, ensuring the probe reaches its maximum depth. 02:34.00 Route the sensing tube down the back of the unit and carefully spooling any residual amounts. 02:45.00 Reapply the sealant to putty over the opening. 02:50.86 Reinstall the units back panel.
